Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with baawin informally by contacting our customer support team. baawin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

When material changes are made, baawin will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
